When you are searching for that perfect Naples condo, try using some of these hints to make your search easier!

1. There are several different types of condos in Naples, as follows. Choose one of these

• Low Rise Condos are 1-3 floors
• Mid Rise Condos are 4-7 floors
• High Rise Condos are 8 + floors
• Carriage Homes are similar to a low rise condo
• Townhomes are two floors

2. Do you have a pet? Add that to the criteria. Many Condo associations don't allow pets so be specific.
