Your home will be listed as a featured listing on this website and will also appear on other real estate search portals such as: Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Listing Book, LuxuryRealEstate.com, etc.

Our Website is fully optimized and is advertised extensively on Google, Yahoo, MSN… etc.  When searching for real estate in Naples or surrounding areas, common keywords and phrases will bring you to a list of what the search page views as the most relevant.  This website consistently ranks in the top of the search engines.

When our website captures a lead, one of our team members is texted and/or emailed immediately to follow up with a potential buyer for your property. We know that the sooner we follow up with leads, the more viable they are.

Property Promotion

Your home and all of it's specifications will be put into our Multiple Listing Service in Southwest Florida. There are approximately 5000 realtors who will have access to the information on your home through the MLS, so it is imperative that we market your home to these realtors.  Other property promotion is as follows:

• Internet media advertising - These are regular email campaigns directed at realtors
• Broker Caravans - Realtors will be invited to a personal preview of your home
• Direct Mail - Mail 100 Just listed postcards to your neighbors
• Professional Photos - Our photographer will shoot 8-12 professional photos of your home
• Glossy Flyer/Brochure - We will have this for a handout during showings of your home
• Personal Calls - will be made to the top agents in your market area to make them aware of your home and its features
• Craigs List Advertising - your home will be submitted to Craigs List for additional advertising

From Listing to Closing, the strategy is as follows: 

• We will communicate the progress of the sale of your home on a regular basis - we feel that communication is imperative and will keep you in the loop with feedback on showings, pricing, advertising…. etc.
• We continuously network with other realtors representing buyers who may fit the criteria of your home
• We will present all offers to you and verify the qualifications of the potential buyers, when possible
• We provide skillful negotiation throughout the process ensuring that your interests are fully represented
• We will closely monitor the process with regard to contract dates for deposits, inspections, financing and any other contingencies in your contract.
