Over the past year, we’ve seen the inventory of homes for sale in Naples decrease. For home buyers, the decreased inventory has two immediate implications:

and
Second: You’ll want to explore what Naples offers in new construction. Which, by the way, is plenty!
The construction slump has ended, as a quick drive around Naples reveals. Over twenty new developments are under construction in Naples. Each new community offers its own mix of features and amenities, but here are a few that are worthy of your consideration.
Treviso Bay: You’ve probably seen the striking entry off Tamiami Trail east of Airport-Pulling Rd. Let’s head over the bridge and see what this great community offers home buyers. First, as the old saying goes, Location! Location! Location! Treviso Bay is located just five miles from Fifth Avenue South, along East Tamiami Trail. The development is close to the county government complex, shopping, and minutes from beaches. Treviso Bay offers the best in golf, with its PGA Tour’s acclaimed TPC course.
